Local All accounts within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the lab will be serviced by our own delivery team. Simply call the lab to schedule a pick-up. Requests placed by 10:00 a.m. will receive same day service. In addition to our time schedule for particular restorations, please add one day each way for pick-up and delivery. Chicago Metro Area For our customers outside the local area, we offer pick-up and delivery through Special Service. Pick-ups can be scheduled by calling the lab or calling Special Service directly at 1-312-829-8600. Cases picked up by Special Service will not arrive at the lab until the following business day, just as cases shipped from the lab will arrive in your office the following business day. In addition to our time schedule for particular restorations, please add two days each way for shipping. Nationwide For our customers outside the Chicago Metro Area, we offer pick-up and delivery via FedEx. Simply call the lab and we will send you pre-printed shipping labels for 2-day service.
